Phase 2: Strategy

Between sessions, I do the heavy lifting: praying, researching, planning, and building a custom strategy designed specifically for your situation. I don't like to give off the cuff advice or ideas. After our sessions I really process your situation before I give you any strategy.

Phase 3: Implementation

We move from plan to real time action together, refining as we go so each step builds toward your real goal of becoming who God designed you to be.

I'm a Christian, and my faith is central to everything I do. That doesn't mean this is a Christian-only service, I work with clients of every background, and I never push my beliefs on anyone. But I'll always be honest about where I'm coming from. The values I bring to our work are shaped by my faith, and that's part of what makes me independent and trustworthy. For clients who want it, faith can be woven directly into our sessions. Because in my experience, you can build the best plan in the world, but without an active relationship with Jesus Christ at the foundation, it eventually falls apart.

Unregulated by Design

Let me be upfront: I'm not a licensed coach, certified consultant, or credentialed advisor of any kind. No governing body oversees what I do and that's by design. Being able to fully incorporate my Christian faith into my sessions is vital to the integrity of what I do. Licensed professionals work inside boxes built by their industry. They follow approved frameworks, watch their liability, and stick to scripts that won't get them in trouble. I'm free of all of that. What you get instead is an independent Christian voice with no agenda but yours. No funnel pushing you into a packaged program. No board dictating what advice I can give. Just honest, custom strategy built around your real situation. If you want a credential on the wall, I'm not your guy. If you want the honest truth of what I think you should do from a Christian perspective, I am your guy.

Who Am I? What Is My Story?

Hi, I'm Mitchell Silvius. I'm an entrepreneur, operator, and lifelong learner.
For over ten years I've built and run businesses across video production, marketing, consulting, and hospitality. Wearing every hat from sales to operations to creative direction to finance. I've launched companies from zero, scaled them, and sold one to a competitor. The through line has been ownership: I show up, take responsibility, and don't wait to be told what to do.Before founding companies, I worked in retail and high-ticket sales, hospitality, manufacturing, logistics, and customer-facing roles. Finance and accounting taught me the importance of integrity and accuracy. Sales taught me to never sell the wrong product to the wrong person. Hospitality taught me that great customer service can make a customer's day when they were having a rough day. Manufacturing taught me precision. Logistics taught me to coordinate moving parts in real time, without creating bottlenecks in a live business. It was a real-world education in how businesses actually run. A true school of hard knocks experience.I've spent years advising business owners, asking the right questions, identifying real problems, and presenting strategies they could act on. The pattern became clear: the clients who got the most from our work together needed clarity from a complete assessment of their current reality, learning new organization strategies and tools, assistance making new processes (SOPs), and accountability to actually implement everything during their real life or the live day to day of running a business.That insight became my current work, one-on-one business and career strategy mentorship.
